Basic facial time is one hour they finished 40 minute and she show me u must pay tips 20% I am not happy this customer service and I gave her 20$ tip plus extra tax

The half hour massage was very good, but the Facial was supposed to be an hour ... however, I was done in 45 minutes ... room was cold so it was hard to enjoy the experience.

Continuously tried to sell me other services, when I said no she insisted I needed another add on service. The massage was mediocre. I would not return
