The substitute for Lauren didn't listen to my problems. She then started treating me for problems I don't have, even though she referred to my chart before my session. She also seemed more interested in sharing her health struggles than helping with mine.

make sue clients know prior to setting appts that you will not be performing accupuncture personally and that you will not be there at all.

Lauren Wolfersberger is not available because she has been on medical leave. Know one knows when she will return. The person taking her place does not have Lauren's qualifications nor experience.
