Horrible experience. Staff was rude. Boat was disgusting and dirty and broke down about 30 min into the ride. It was scary. When someone finally came to get us and we got back to the dock no extra time was offered, no apology was made and no manager would come speak to us when we asked. Worst boating company ever experienced.
