Make things a little nicer and not so Akward for the customer. Don't double book when you only have one massage room.

I had great diffuculty making appointments. I used their scheduling process called Full Slate and picked a time and therapist. Once i received a confirmation email aned reminder of my appointment then someone would send another email cancelling my appointment the night before....with less than 24hr notice
