Loved my Class! Everyone is so welcoming and nice at the studio. The Basic class is easy but challenging. The teacher was super engaged in the class and was very helpful with anyone who was struggling to maintain the poses. Great environment, humble, down to earth yoga.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I did the 7:30 PM class with Anna. She carried the class at a nice pace and took time to correct my yoga positions. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Will return.

Love this studio! I have never found a yoga class that I really enjoyed until today with Ileana. Wonderful class, extremely clean, inviting, and great energy! I’m excited to go again tomorrow!

My first class was restorative yoga and I like how the instructor teaches. Very informative. The place has various rooms and the schedule offers every level if yoga. Staff is attentive and the mini store has t-shirts, books and yoga accessories. Perfect location in Coral Gables.
