I purchased the royal shave for my husband for our anniversary. he went by himself and was supposed to receive haircut, hot towel shave, neck and shoulder massage. He was very happy with the shave and haircut but didn't get the neck and shoulder massage. I was disappointed but he enjoyed the shave and they took him on a Saturday when the coupon stated not on Saturday. Pros and cons, I guess. Overall, Happy.

We were very unhappy with the service. My husband went there thinking he was going to get a nice and relaxing shave. Instead he got out of there bleeding everywhere. The person who shaved him did not know what he was doing. His skin is all red.

The woman that did the shave and massage was awesome, but the guy that cut hair was elderly and had a difficult time.

Other peolples hair all over counter and brushes. Had a dog running around in store and diud not see any license to cut hair posted anywhere7
