They have a very friendly staff. Before going in, the initial paperwork was all done from my cellphone which made it super easy. When I was getting my cleaning Raphael was so gentle that I actually fell asleep for a bit (which was a little embarrassing). They have a payment plan for people who want cleanings throughout the year but I'm not sure if it's less expensive than signing up for a simple dental plan. There was no high pressure sales like other dentist offices I've been to.
