The front desk staff need to be more courteous. Customer service is very important for businesses to survive. Let the customer know they are welcomed and how long a wait time may be.

enjoyed my lunch but would have preferred plates and silverware rather than styofoam boxes. I was feeling so indulged...even hard plastic plates would have been a little more special, or a box lunch in an attractive box. All in all, was a good experience. I will most likely go again.
