The nurse administering the laser hair removal was very professional and informative. It is obvious she is intelligent well trained, but does not talk above the patient.

I went there and they did not have me on the schedule for my services. I was told I would have to reschedule and they didn't even try to compensate me for their error or my time. I'm not at all impressed with the experience.

They redeemed coupon without giving me service yet. I have an appt which they cancelled and rescheduled me until end of January but redeemed the voucher already. I don't think that was ok

This place is a joke filled with hidden fee's!!! They dont tell you until you are in there getting your procedure done that it will cost you $30 per session for some gel that they HAVE to put on your skin before the laser treatment, and to top it off they tell you that you NEED a special sunscreen that you need indoors and out that they plop in front of you at check out which cost $45 dollars! REALLY?

I suggest asking women if they are comfortable with a male massage therapist before booking them with one. In order for a massage to feel relaxing, you must feel comfortable... As a result, my girlfriend and I and walked out halfway through our pre-paid treatments.

Explain to the new customers the services that will be provided before the service is done. Do not leave the guest waiting for 40 minutes after the set appointment time. And please control the noise level in the area. We [myself and my guest] felt like we were in a market, it was incredibly noisey and very unrelaxing, completely un-spa like. And lastly, when you say "I will be back in 15 minutes", be back in 15 minutes, not 45 minutes later. I will say one thing though, the person who performed the massage was worth all the nonsense endured. Once the spa gets these small customer service issues in order I believe the customers will run to the Focus Body Spa.
