Great experience, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the encouragement and extra assistance when I was having difficulty with a pose. Have attended twice, two different leaders but both times I had a great experience. I would totally recommend the Yoga Den.

A wonderful yoga studio with fantastic classes and teachers. If you decide to upgrade to a membership it's very affordable, especially for students. They also have a Seva program, where you volunteer as a receptionist in exchange for unlimited yoga. I love this place :)
