The place is called Marianne's Skin Care and it's in the middle of the mall on the second floor across from the Hotel Del Coronado. Marianne is very nice and does a good job.

Parking costs a fortune at this bldg, nice gal but I appear to need stronger dose of litocaine so experience was very painful for me. Stronger anesthetic or stronger dose is a must! Beyond that dye didn’t appear to last as long as other providers.

I had full eye liner done & didn't feel the quality was worth the $149 I spent. Lower lid was very thin and done at the lash line instead of the lid themselves so didn't look at all natural.
