It’s was very different for me. A heated pulsating suit, very warm, I quit 10 minutes of the 60 minutes. Drink water and pee before and after. I had lost 25 lbs and my body was clapping. This helped firm things up. May want the door a jar for some air flow. Nice relaxing neck and upper body lymphoid massage.
