While Kim was very nice - it's a health violation to redip your waxing stick. She redips. Yuck!

Be at the salon when your appointment is scheduled. A brazilian wax is everything removed front and back, other wise - its just a wax and that is what you should call it and charge for. I had a lot of hair left but was too embarrassed to ask for a re- do. Also, advise your nail techs to not apply nail polish too thick. It will not dry and the polish will get messed up. If people wanted nails that were not perfect, they can just do thier polish at home. And when you fix them, fix them right. You will not get repeat customers this way.
