I was a bit aprehensive about this group, usually because I'm one strp behind. However the instructer was very forgiving and usually offered modifications for the exercises with those of us who are a bit uncoordinated. Thank you.

So far after finishing Day 2 it's been a great experience. Even though I'm not bright eyed and cheery at 530am our instructor sure is and helps pumps us up and get through the vigorous work out.
