This has been a life changer. The staff and coaches are so kind, personable, and welcoming- they all know you on a first name basis, and the workouts are awesome! You definitely get what you put into it so if you go daily, you will see a change! I feel stronger, more confident, and can get through my day more productively because of FITBODY. I love this place and HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

This class was so much fun! It was a group but I felt like I was getting individual instruction as well. It was challenging but was motivated to keep pushing! I will definitely be going again!
