Kirsten did a great job with the massage. I'm hoping to go back in January for their 28-Day weight loss/cleanse program. Sounds interesting.

A 1 hr full boddy massage was included in the deal. I chose to concentrate on the back/neck only. Melissa was wonderful kneadinglout some huge stubbrn knots in my back muscles.

Just okay..supposed to include a weig loss consultation which they didn't offeror have anyone there to do...
