Friendly Staff, easy to obtain desired appointment time. I would get a headache after each sauna session so I'm debating signing up for a membership, but I did enjoy the sessions!

Thoroughly rejuvenating and exhilarating. I bought the four session package and couldn't be happier. The studio was clean, The sauna room is private, with plenty of dry towels. The only piece of advice I have is that the sauna might be a little too short for tall people. I am 5'10 and I was just inches away from the ceiling ( I am assuming this is a 6 foot ceiling).
