The Pretty Kitty in Tustin have great customer service. Brook was the person in the front desk and she was very sweet and welcoming. She took me in when I did not have an appointment. The person who did the wax, Katie, was great and made me feel very comfortable while getting the Brazilian Wax.

Just relax. The staff there is amazing especially for first timers.
