It was great. I felt great. The instructor 8:15 was really encouraging. I would look Up and she would not her head to keep me going when I was about to give up. The staff appears to be very friendly.

Competitors up the street are doing hot yoga as well a lot less pricing and newly renovated.

I enjoy the class. Its like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it. So far instructors are very good.
