Hot yoga inc sends warmth deep into the skin and tissues using their infrared heating system instead of just decorating the studios with sun stickers. These higher temperatures help foster a greater range of motion as students of all skill levels follow a flowing series of yoga postures. Infrared heat stimulates blood flow, improves muscle recovery, and decreases pain, and inflammation after intense exercise. They also offer Sculpt, Power, Yin, and Wall yoga. Wall classes are exclusive to the Federal Way location only.
