I was a decent massage, but I've had better I told him to mainly focus on my ailing neck area, but he only spent maybe 5 extra minutes there I came out of there and checked my clock when he was finished and the massage was only about 45 minutes longnot a full hour! Also, it's in a gym and you can hear the noises from the gym
