The massage was really great. It was relaxing but also helped to ease stress and tension in places that really needed it. The massage therapist made sure I was comfortable, and talked to me after about what I can do to help neck/back pain.

Make sure to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the appointment to fill out paperwork as a new patient/customer. That will ensure your time and won't interrupt the next person. It was a Great experience. I would definitely return.

Get there 5 to 10 minutes early to get paperwork out the way, then enjoy. mike did an awesome job attacking those knots in my back.

Make sure you get the full 55 minutes. My masseuse started almost 10 minutes late, and got done 5 minutes later, so I lost almost 15 minutes of massage time total. :( I was hoping Elements would be my new regular but that left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm bummed!
