Friendly, relaxing, professional and great location.

I bought a cut and color - not realizing the color was for a full head and not for touch up highlights. My stylist called the owner in a Cranford salon. He could have extended a courtesy to do the highlights since I was a first-timer and the only customer in the salon. He elected not to. Since I now don't know how they do color, I will continue to get my color done in Florida (I'm a retired snowbird). Also, I had a 10 am appointment and had to wait ten minutes on the sidewalk on a cold, raining morning for staff to show up and open the door, turn on lights, put on music, get coffee going. Other than that the place was great and I have recommended it to friends.

I liked the family run business. Nice salon and I'd go back.

Space the customers out so they don't have to wait so long.
