Prepare to pay more depending on the condition of your hair. If more product is needed,you pay extra. Service was wonderful.

I was told because of the highlights in my hair a single process color would not stay (never been told this before) and I would need to do corrective coloring which would be 200 dollars. Very nice man but I did not achieve my goal of covoring up gray hairs. If anything the highlights that were put in brought grays out more.
