Use Spanish music instead of TV. Add some Spanish culture to your décor and or atmosphere.
Consider using home made aji sauce to your menu instead of Tabasco

Have the food that is on the menu, make it quickly, make sure it's hot and when the pork was served there wasn't that much because most of it was fat.
