I feel like I was scammed! I've had keratin treatments before and I know how my hair should feel. It looked great when I walked out of the salon, but after washing it for the first time, it's as if I had nothing done to it! it's still curly and frizzy! I will never return to this salon or recommend it to anyone!

They charge 40 dollars a haircut, I think that is way too high. She also charges more for long or thick hair. Can she put on a charge for anything else? Rhode Island is the highest unemployed state. She should lower the price to get more people in the door! She has terrible lighting and the place was cold. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment when I arrived and took time out of my day to do this. I will not be back.
