I would say overall Sam and Justin did a very good job. They made it easy to schedule an appointment, answered my questions with honest answers. When they did run in to trouble with the install they informed me promptly and did what they needed to do to get the job done right. The finished product was a neat, clean and working product with a lifetime warranty.

Very knowledgeable and courteous! I live locally, and they dropped me off/picked me up at my house so I wouldnt have to wait while they worked on my car! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

The staff from Automotive Concept called after I dropped off the car to make sure which components I wanted and which I did not on the remote starter installation (as some would have been an extra fee to over-ride the security of my car).
