Dr Grande is exceptional. Once I started going, I got addicted to all the movement I was regaining. It's been 2 years and now I am in training to run 15 miles per hour (200 meters in 30 seconds). I tore my achilles in 1992 and haven't run that fast since !! Not bad for a middle aged mom ;-)
