I highly recommend this activity! All instructors were very kind and really helped me feel comfortable as a beginner. I tried a few different classes and each class was fantastic. I left each class feeling amazing! Instructors helped to push me to reach new limits of movement. This was great for self-care and each class helped me to feel refreshed. This was absolutely worth it!

My first class was an all levels. The instructor was awesome.i probably should have started with the beginner class ,it would be nice to see that offered in Cp.
