The Schaumburg location was a horrible experience. Bad service, didn't seem prepared for me, poor service from technician, felt rushed. Just awful! The Crystal Lake location was better but I scheduled a no chip manicure and they didn't have any colors except pink. Very disappointing! So I had to get a regular manicure that chipped by the next day.
