The staff is super friendly and welcoming. It's definitely intimidating coming to a new class/place not knowing what to expect as I've never taken a kettlebell class, but I was quickly put to ease and welcomed at MMA Underground. Oscar is so positive, encouraging, and helps me with my form when needed. The workouts are challenging, fun, and I've gotten a lot stronger. I have looked forward to every class and would recommend it to anyone! :)

This place is awesome! The workout you get here benefits you in so many ways.Its so much fun that it doesn't even feel like a workout.It doesn't matter if you've never boxed before because they take the time to teach you.If for some reason boxing is not you're thing,which I highly doubt ,because once you try a class you get hooked automatically. They also offer a kettlebell class .This class motivates you to push yourslef because there are others trying to achieve the same goal as you.Overall its amazing.They're schedule fits anyone's needs as well.Overall this is an amazing place & the staff there is very professional and helpful.
