I'm excited to learn a lot of new techniques and reach personal goals during the next couple months. Alliance gym seems like a great place to achieve this. Excellent choice and Im glad I'll be learning Crossfit here.

This place really emphasizes proper form and workout before anything else. I appreciate that. They aren't too heavy on trying to sell a membership, and they are just enthusiastic that you are there trying to better yourself. Really good atmosphere especially for those new to crossfit.
