My Hair stylist was a guy, I can't remember his name but he gave a great scalp massage. The place looks super dodgy and ghetto from the outside but the people who work there really care about customer service and I was glad I took the risk.

They need to remove the Hollywood location from their listings. It doesn't exist anymore and it was frustrating showing up to that location even asking if the apt was made for the Hollywood location.

The salon wad small, but the problem was it was extremely hot! Just unpleasant with all the flow dryers and no a/c

It would be great if there was a phone number to contact a live person from the salon. The only number I had always went directly to voicemail. I left several messages and it was days before anyone returned my call. Very inconvenient. I did get a great haircut and hi light though!
