This was a great class, Raquel the instructor is a lot of fun and her recipes are easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this class. Chef Raquel was very knowledgeable and very engaging. She encouraged questions, was always smiling, and made you feel very comfortable that you too could prepare raw foods tastefully. I would definitely attend other classes.

Raquel was charming and showed in detail how easy and fun it is to prepare and create raw recipes. They were also full of flavor and had great texture.
