The spa is very clean and pleasant. The masseur didn't speak any English so be sure to tell the person who does, what you want. He did a good job but it was very hard to tell him when I wanted something softer or harder.

The Ambiance is A-MAZ-ING. I will absolutely return there again and again. You get to choose your level of pressure and the music is playing and the next thing you know you have drifted off to a beautiful land of peace in which you reside until the massage is over. SO RELAXING. I know its hard sometime to maintain the quality of a spa with the impeccable customer service and kind masseuse but please keep up the good work it will pay off with returning clients like myself.

The only thing I am concerned about was the rude upstairs neighbors they were stomping around and super loud. It did make it hard to relax at times

Tell before, what kind of massage you get

Cheap. Creepy technation. Cheap products Rooms don't seem clean ( bedding)

I would suggest the spa invests some time into training their therapists to touch their clients in an appropriate, consistent manner.

Did not listen to requests - bad management
