They did a wonderful job grooming my dog. The staff is always nice and very professional. I would definitely use these services again.

They left my dog in the cage all day (8 hours). I brought my dog in at 9am , I called at 3pm to pick her up, they lied to me and said she was almost ready, 20min I ask, no longer. I said traffic is getting bad.........I am telling everyone what they did.My dog peed 1 1/2 minutes and pooped, Sure you let her out. I didn't get my dog until 6pm after coming back at 5pm and she still wasn't done. I asked to take her but they were JUST starting to bathe her. I waited in the marina for an hour waiting. The worst part is they didn't even let my dog out to pee all day!!!!! I am telling everyone what happened I will never go back there!!!!!@
