Tours start on the hour. Also, the building blends in with the neighborhood so it can be easily missed.

They need to make it clearer that this is a tour-only facility. I was under the impression you could wander around on your own and take a tour. Plus, the tours need to be smaller so you can hear and see (and aren't at the back and then told to "get with your group" because you are lagging behind trying to see stuff you couldn't until the group moved).
