They are more than happy to instruct you on how to shoot. Ask them to help you select a gun to shoot.

The target automatically reels back to you when time is up so you don't have to worry about accidentally going over and owing extra.
Tip: Bring extra money to buy more ammo as you'll probably run out before the hour is up. ;)
