We were there on an off day. The day before Thanksgiving. So the breakfast buffet was not available.
We were looking forward to it.
But overall, it was a good experience. What was lacking in the food was made up for by the friendliness of the staff.

Overall a great experience. The only slight critique I will offer is that the young woman cooking the omelettes and pancakes (11/23/13) was very "unpersonable". She made our food with skill, but my children and I felt she seemed "inconvenienced". She somewhat spoiled the great service we received from our cordial and pleasant waiter, Jeffrey, and surrounding support staff (hostess, waitresses, management, etc.) - All of which made us feel welcome and special. Not exactly a deal breaker, but just a slight blemish to the experience my young children and I had on a special "treat" for them.

I had forgotten how much I enjoy coming to the Sheraton, and having Beau's as the restaurant makes it even better. They are my favorite in West Akron, too.
