I made an appointment over the phone with a friendly/helpful gentleman. The following morning I had an appointment. The lady at the counter was nice, and explained what would happen. The oil change was done promptly, and I was in my car in less than an hour. The work was done properly. I was told of recommendations for my vehicle, but I wasn't hassled to get the additional work done. I will definitely have my car worked on in the future here.
