very professional and courteous

The ladies here are very nice. Not only do they do hair but they also do makeup and special events like weddings. I watched them help a bride with her hair and makeup and they were wonderful. The owner gave me a great haircut and the girl who colored my hair did a great job.

This salon is absolutely amazing!! I have gotten my hair done many times in my life but never have I been treated as royally as I did today at Serene Lounge Salon and Spa! Great customer service. Professional atmosphere. The best haircut and hair color I have ever received in my lifetime! My only recommendation is bring a bottle of water and some good stories to tell.

After reading some mixed reviews on Yelp I was a little hesitant, BUT I'm very happy with the service I received from beginning to end. Making the appointment to tipping after the service, they were very friendly and professional.

Sugaring method was definitely more WAXING. Sugaring was not done how it is usually done. :( Skin is raw.

One of the most unprofessional places I've been to. If this is your first time sugaring, going here will deter you from ever sugaring again. Waxing is painful. I try to focus on looking at the ceiling. So the tech begins to wax me, she's using small strokes, which caused it to be very painful. During the process I felt something very cold and when I looked down, she was waxing me WITHOUT gloves!
