It's hard to get someone to call you back but once you do, it's good

I would not recommend this place at all. Turns out it's actually in Tysons Corner. It's just a lady who rents a room in a salon and she is actually pretty chubby, so it's hard to imagine that a treatment will work if the person giving the treatment is not in good shape. I noticed absolutely no results after 3 treatments and was extremely dissatisfied with the inconvenience of not being able to schedule appointments three out of 7 days of the week. I saw absolutely no results and don't think that the treatments work at all. After the laser treatment, you have to stand on a vibrating machine in a hallway where other customers pass by you as your vibrating away. Very unprofessional environment.
