It was crowded and they may me wait in line for a car wash even though I was there for an exterior detail. The staff was not on the same page, but except for the 10 min of wasted time, the detailing itself was good.

They don't answer the phone. Person who does this is working at the place where people drive in(outside) and trying to help at the inside scheduling and answering phones.It is very frustrating to contact them. The car detail was done very well.

It took a couple hours, so it's good if you can drop it off and come back for your car when it's finished. My car is 8 years old, and it looks new after the exterior detail! Thanks so much! I will be back for sure!

Mondays & Fridays are very busy. It may take a few hours for a full detail but it will be worth it! My car looks awesome!
