You had to hunt for someone to even help you. The ice was rough. Once they finally did smooth it, they didn't get within two feet of the wall which is where all the kids skate. My son fell and hit his head, and two employees continued their conversation and ignored him (even with other people bringing it to their attention). My husband walked out there to check on him. They didn't clean the skates. They just put them up. Bad customer service, bad ice, nasty skates. We will not return.

Not in great shape and very small. Staff was too few, but they were really nice!
