When I first called to set up appt, she said she woukd cal me right back and never did. I went online and scheduled the appt and received 3 confirmation emails. When I arrived at the studio, she did know I had an appt and had to wait for almost 2 hrs for her to finally get to me. Then I paid for a semipermanent treatment, but didn't get it casie she wouldn't give me much of her time. She bearly trimmed my hair (while dry) and styled it. Overall, it was an awesful experience!
