Very courteous and arrived on time. He did not try to up-sell me like other cleaning services. He surveyed my carpets and was very optimistic that he could get the stains out including some from my pets. He left my carpets brighter and fresher!

The dry time is what's great. No wet carpets for hours. Drying time is around 30-45 min. No hoses to drag through your home is also a real plus! I will have them back again.
