The staff was nice. Connie is a gem and very helpful. I chose to wash my dog myself. The tubs at Urban Dogg are excellent, stainless steel, clean, and the dry stations were nicely equipped. Every time I used a towel someone came by and hung a fresh towel in its place. The water temp was perfect. Urban Dogg carries a nice selection of dog food, exotic treats, and leashes/collars. Washing the dog at Urban Dogg is now a bi-monthly event for me and my dog.

Dirty Dawgz cuts the dogs nails as part of the self wash cost. I think $10 is costly for a nail trim.
The self bath is great, there are nice stalls, a variety of shampoos to choose from, good water temp, towels etc. I would recommend they carry a good, natural conditioner, but they dont and i usually brin my own. Oddly, for their bath servicer as well as nail trims, they go on size of the dog which makes no sense to me. My dog, a doberman, has hair not fur, one coat no undercoat, so he takes perhaps 5 minutes to bath. I'd love to leave him there and drop him off, but not for $45.00. And the nails, too, based upon size. While I believe $15.00 for nail filing is high, I am lazy, it is very convenient to just have them done while I am there. The people are very nice, the girl that does my dobies nails is awesome and I plan to keep returning.
