Excellent class! Cute studio and friendly staff. It was hot @84 degrees but was a lovely power flow sweat 👍🏻

Intimate studio where things felt personal and not rushed. Did not feel out of place for not knowing some of the poses but was able to modify and adjust.

The instructors were wonderful and everyone was so friendly. It was my first yoga class in quite a while. I felt safe and not judged my entire time there. Amazing place. I will be back!!

Everyone at this studio is super nice and helpful. This studio makes you feel like you belong there. I am a very, very beginner at yoga and I felt to intimidation or judgement whatsoever. I thought I would like this facility and class a lot but I'm in love.

The studio was clean and well kept. I'm not from the area, did not see the parking garage at first. But drove around and found it behind the building. Had Angela as the instructor, she gave clear instructions with some pose demonstration. Mike was the assistant for the class, and he was very helpful with adjusting our poses! Love the cool lavender towel in the end!
