They need to remodel the salon but Jessica was very friendly.

They try to up sell so much it's uncomfortable. I made an appointment for wash blow dry and flat iron. The stylist put me under a hair dryer to condition my hair(up sell). Left me there!!!' she took other clients with the pretense my hair was still being conditioned. she disappeared into another room. She was taking more clients!! I said no way. A simple appt took close to 2hrs!!! I won't go back. My time is more valuable than the money paid for bad service

they need to follow what the customer wants, not what the beautician want to do. They need to listen to the customer.
