I love going there. The instructors are good and know their practice well. My only concern was I wish they had more of early morning classes like at 6am etc.

Sage has quite a few intermediate or all levels yoga classes which is a really nice change compared to so many places that seem to focus on Vinyasa 70% of the time. This studio is a little more mellow while still offering a great yoga experience. Nice welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.
